What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is included in the room rate according to the standard inclusions of each room category.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellations or booking changes made 7 days or more before check-in on regular days, 14 days during peak season, and 21 days during holidays will be accepted with a full refund.
